Refund Eligibility

Defective or Damaged Products
- If your QR Code Pet ID Tag arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
- Proof of defect (e.g., a photo of the damaged product) must be provided when requesting a refund.

Incorrect Orders
- If you receive the wrong product or the incorrect engraving, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Change of Mind
- Refunds for change of mind are not accepted once the tag has been personalized.

Non-Delivery
- If your order has not been delivered within 7 days and you have not received tracking updates, you may request a full refund.
Conditions for Refund & Returns
To qualify for a refund:
- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging (except for defective or damaged items).
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of making the purchase.
How to Request a Refund

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:
- Lost tags due to incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.
- Tags damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.
Shipping Costs
- If a refund is approved, the original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.
- Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
- All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 5 to 7 days from the date of purchase.
